Description of the problem	While trying to stop on slushy/slippery roads our anti-lock brakes engaged. After that our brake pedal was soft. It went over half way to the floor before we could feel any pressure on the brakes. This caused our braking distance to increase every time we applied the brakes. We had the hydraulic control unit replaced on/ about january 11,2019. On approximately january 29th, 2019 we again had an issue on snowy/slushy roads. We were able to avoid an accident but the brakes are again soft and stopping distance has increased. We can not afford to keep replacing this part only to have it go bad within a month. If there is a known problem with the braking system or this part why isn't ford being made to take care of it? If, as they say, the newer parts are made of a different material or are coated differently they should be replacing the part for cars affected by this problem.
