Description of the problem	Brake pedal goes soft and car fails to stop or takes prolonged time to come to a stop. If you pump brake pedal repeatedly the pedal will stiffen but gradually goes to the floor. The car has been to the dealer specifically for this problem at least twice with no resolution. Recently had dealer install new brake front and rear and this has not abated the problem. Printed documentation from nhtsa website and made the dealership aware of the nhtsa investigation. Dealership personnel stated they were aware of the issue but nothing formal has been issued from ford motor company. Braking problem has been ongoing but periodic for almost a year. Latest occurrence was three times on mon 12/04/17.
