Description of the problem	Ford motor company sent me a letter in may 2018 saying they still do not have air bag replacements but would get me a rental car until the replacements come in. I have contacted dealerships as they requested but no dealership can find a rental company to get me a car for the $44 a day they allow. I have contacted ford motor company many many times since may 30, by phone, email and letter. The only thing i have gotten from them is a case number as follows: [xxx]. No help in getting a rental car. I am beyond frustrated and hope you can help.
