Description of the problem	I was notified about the airbag recall. Two months after notification i went to the oxmoor ford dealership to find out the time to have car fixed. They told me they will call me when they get the parts in. Over a year and a half later, i heard nothing. Please not2 i am babysitting my younger grandchildren and use my car for transportation. I have been back several more time to talk to them. (and phone calls) which i am told overtime they do not have the parts. Overtime i am told they have me on their list but overtime i go they never heard of me. I feel like i am being put off. P>s> i got an offer to buy another car from them.
