| Description of the problem | Received a letter from ford that< "when parts are avail be, ford motor company will send a letter to inform you that parts are available and to contact your dealer to schedule a repair." received the same letter for my 2006 milan more than a year ago, and am still waiting to hear from for. In the meantime i'm driving a car with a bomb in my face. My complaint is when i spoke to my local dealer they told me there are no parts for this repair! If nhtsa has ordered ford to make this repair what is nhsts doing about making certain the fords does due diligence to get parts to make the repair. I will be forced to cut the wires to my airbag system if this is not done soon. I don't what shrapnel in my face if i'm in an accident. I'll take my chances with my seat belt. |
