Description of the problem	Brakes are excessively soft, but there is no air in the brake lines and no leaks. While driving straight on a city road, pressed brakes all the way to the floor, but the car did not stop; it just slowed, but would not entirely stop. This puts my life in danger. If i cannot trust my car to fully stop, it may roll into an intersection and be hit by crossing traffic, or i may rear-end another vehicle without being able to avoid the collision.
