Description of the problem	On 10/26/16, the brakes on my mercury milan locked up and the car would not stop at an intersection on rout 23 north in cedar grove, no, causing me to crash into the car in front of me who had stopped at an intersection. I was going approximately 10-15 mph. My car was totaled in the accident. Wie had just started to go as the light had just turned green. The crossing guard on duty saw me trying to stop the car but the brakes had locked up. My milan was in pristine condition at the time of the accident but was totaled in the crash.
