Description of the problem	Purchased the 2008 mercury milan used in 2011. First experience with anti lock brakes, so the first time on wet pavement approaching light and the brake pedal jiggled when being pressed, concerned the car would not stop. Brake pedal from that incident stayed low for a couple of days, but then returned to normal position when pressed. This issue occurs when pressing brake over potholes, in wet conditions. Unfortunately, this recent episode has lasted for more than 10 days which caused me to take car to dealer repair and to do research which led me to enumerable complaints about this vehicles defect. I have read post of those who have spent over a thousand dollars to have repaired and still experience the problem, we are a one car family and i am not in a financial position to invest money and not get the results of having resolved. This issue (abs) regarding the 2008 mercury milan is unacceptable and there needs to be a recall on this matter.
