Description of the problem	"takata recall" recall was issued january 10,2017. I have called their hotline twice, and each time they tell me they do not have a remedy to the problem. I tell them how i have 2 young kids and feel unsafe. They tell me they will make note of this. My husband called the local ford dealership last week. They told him that they called for the parts, but they aren't available. Told him to call back in a month to try again. When i check my status on the website it reads: recall statusrecall incomplete, remedy not yet available how is this acceptable!? My recall will be 2 years old in 2 months and nothing has been done about it! They sent out paperwork to rent a car, but i don't have the extra funds to cover the extra insurance ford said i'd need. They also told me i'd have to pay an extra $6/day, as ford is only covering $30/day. They told me i could have the rental for up to 3 months. This call was made back in july!!! That would have been 4 whole months of paying for extra insurance and money for a rental, and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight!
