Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 mercury milan. The contact stated that while entering a parking space, the power steering failed without warning. The contact stated that the vehicle exhibited a burning rubber odor when the failure occurred. The steering wheel became increasingly stiff and there was a loud, abnormal noise from the engine.
