Description of the problem	We had a problem with our vehicle stopping in a safe way, as stopping was delayed which almost resulted in a auto accident. We took it to our local mechanic for repair and inspection as we were concerned there was an issue with the safety of the brakes. Our mechanic notified us there was a recall, however parts were not available. He found a used part and repaired the issue. We took the receipt and recall notice to our local ford dealer who notified they could not refund us for the repair until the part was available. The part is still not available. 1/28/20
