Description of the problem	Continuing phone call ref.# 326373:(did not have all information in front of me to continue). 12/12/2019 took car to firestone tire and automotive and wanted them to check my brakes because something was not right with them. The put new brakes and rotors on front and back. Problem was car was hesitant in stopping, then would "grab." while driving, if i had to use brakes, car would not immediately resume speed after brakes released. Rpm's go way up, mpg drops to "0," then car accelerates. It is very hesitant in picking speed back up. Twice i took car to shop to have them check it out.(4/13/20 and 9/1/20) could not find anything. No problem came up on computer. No engine light. I believe recall #19s54/nhtsa 19v-904 responsible. Received recall notice january 2020. I have called local ford dealership to see if parts available to fix and was told (also on website) they would be available probably last part of first quarter of 2020. Now last part of third quarter and no parts. Afraid car will "stall" in traffic and cause accident.
