| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 mercury milan. While driving approximately 30 mph, the brakes failed and the brake pedal became stuck to the floorboard. Immediately, the contact placed the vehicle into neutral and coasted to a nearby parking lot. The contact restarted the vehicle and depressed the brake pedal several times in an attempt to correct the recurring failure. Towne ford (3535 southwestern blvd, orchard park, new york 14127, (716) 662-6500) was contacted and stated that there was no recall on the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 98,000. |
