Description of the problem	I was driving home from work when i began hearing a noise from my passenger side tire when i would brake. I pulled over to see if there was a flat, but didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. I continued on the highway home and kept hearing noises when i would brake. I took the exit for my neighborhood; while i was on the access road slowing down to the speed limit, the passenger rear brake locked on me. I made it to a complete stop about 100 feet from the light at the intersection. After turning on the hazard lights, i tried to accelerate, but the car did not want to move. I ended up being able to move the car at a slow rate to the strip mall about a quarter of a mile away. I called for a tow, but all the ones i reached out to had an approx. Wait time of 2 hours and the dealership closed in 1 hour. While deciding what to do with the car, i noticed the abs light was on. I was about 5 minutes from home and decided to drive the car onward. I took the car at a slow rate to try and ensure nothing happen. When i turned onto my street, the passenger tire blew out and the abs light turned off. I drove the last few feet home and called a tow the following morning. The car is currently at the dealership in queue to be worked on.
