Description of the problem	When driving on snow or ice or when the temperature is in the teens or single digits brakes will not work properly. Brake pedal will go down to the floor the first time you step on them but will work if you pump them a couple of times. Took the car to the dealer last winter when it first happened and they could not find anything wrong but now with a snow storm and very low temperatures the brakes are not working properly again.
