Description of the problem	I purchased a sunshine kids radian xtsl convertible car seat in february, 2010. I just moved my child to a forward facing position, and the super latch lower anchor belt will not stay tightened. The belt loosens up every time i put my son in and take him out of the car seat. It also loosens up when he kicks the seat in front of him, just from the movement. This belt is defective and would not be effective in an accident at all.
