Description of the problem	I have received notification of the takata recall from ford motor co. Unfortunately the 2007 mercury milan is used to carry children in the front and rear seats. However, the recall notification states explicitly not to allow passengers to use the front seat. This makes the car unusable. Ford needs to provide a car or means to rent another vehicle until the defective and unsafe air bag has been repaired. There are no other means of transportation available and this vehicle is necessary to transport children in affected seat. Which ford motor co. Has instucted not to use.
