| Description of the problem | Takata recall i was notified in the fall of 2016 that my vehicle has takata airbag inflators that have been recalled. I called my local ford dealer ( klaben ford in kent, ohio) to schedule a repair. I was told that parts are not available & i would be notified when parts are available. I called klaben ford on 10/25/2017 and was told again parts are not available. Why after 1 year ford can't find replacement parts? I believe ford has no intention of replacing the inflators. What action can be taken to get ford to honor the recall? |
