Description of the problem	Taka recall and throttle body when driving the car at normal speed than i come to a stop the car will not excel any faster than 2 or 3 miles per hour. Or driving on hwy it slows down to the speed of 2 or 3 miles. Cant use the speed control because it puts it into the 2 or 3 miles. If you stop and turn off car it resets it self and runs normal till it does it again.
