| Description of the problem | Takata recall at this time, i am waiting for parts to arrive at my dealership so they can replace my defective part. It has been 7 months and i'm told by my dealer it could be feb. 2018 before they see parts to repair this situation. Given that only a minor front end bump could set off the passenger side airbag and potentially maim or kill someone in my car is very threatening and scary to think about. It's like driving around with an ied in the glove box! I'd like ford to step up and assist in getting replacement parts out much quicker! |
