Description of the problem	I was driving between 35-40 mph when all of a sudden i lost power. Although i subsequently had the accelerator to the floor, the vehicle reduced its speed drastically and could not exceed about 10 mph. I pulled over and the wrench indicator light came on. I was able to drive to a parking lot at very low speed and turned the vehicle off. When i turned it back on, it was responsive for about two blocks and the same symptoms reappeared. This time the wrench light and check engine light came on. Fortunately, i was a few blocks from a ford dealer. I very carefully was able to drive at a very slow unresponsive speed to the dealer. They replaced the throttle body but ford informs me it does not fall under their cust. Satisfaction #13n03 extended warranty program. Although it is the same symptoms, same year, same model, same diagnostic code, same failure and same part fix as the vin's that are covered in this program. Ford cannot tell me (or should i say 'will' not tell me) why my vin is not covered in their 'satisfaction' program. This was a $400 repair.
