Description of the problem	After pressing the brake peddle, the abs light and red brake light come on and the regenerative braking and power brakes fail. It seems to happen only when the outdoor temperature is over 90 degrees. Once it happens, braking requires a hard push of the brake peddle to the floor and stopping takes longer.
