| Description of the problem | Since we have had this vehicle (2017) we had come to hear a loud cracking of the pano roof when turning (say from a gas station or side shop) and over the years it has become louder and louder until it is constant. It is such that we hear it all the time in warm/hot weather (like now, at the time of reporting); discussions and research has told us it is a serious problem in that the roof could give way (albeit, explode?). Are their any tsb bulletins on this issue? Thank you for your consideration of this matter. Best regards, the robinsons |
