Description of the problem	Unable to read speedometer and tachometer when the sun is shinning. Both have black background with very narrow white needles. The dash lights will not get bright enough to light up the area. I have purchased a battery powered light to light up the dash when sun is bright. It think this is a safty hazard. Dealer says it is normal.
