| Description of the problem | I have a mb 2015 sprinter passenger van with 14,345 miles. The vehicle has kumho road venture atp/m 245/75r16 tires. On a family trip this summer the right rear tire started to cause a jumping vibration. It was caused by tire belt separation. This issue placed my wife and my two 9 year old children along with others in harms way. I have seen in websites all the issues of tire belt separation kumho tires are having. At this point i have the vehicle sitting in y driveway until i can get a resolution to this problem. Kumho should be held accountable for all these tire issues and be responsible to correct the problem to all the customers who have this issue. |
