Description of the problem	Notice received march 2019 regarding takata airbag (passenger) recall. Contacted mercedes-benz for replacement information. Was told that replacements were on order but not received. Contacted manufacturer several times during 2019, same information provided. Submitted complaint to nhtsa 21 january 2020 which provoked a contact from manufacturer stating that replacement airbags would be available in october 2020. Contacted manufacturer today, 7 october 2020 for update: no information, still waiting on replacements. As the passenger airbag has been deemed defective and as i live in the environment determined to have an accelerated degradation of the airbag deployment components, i am very concerned about the lack of movement by mercedes-benz on a known safety issue; to mitigate the injury/death risk, i deliberately limit the vehicle's use. Need action by mercedes-benz asap.
