Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 mercedes-benz glk350. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 19v010000 (air bags). The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Keeler motor car co informed me to contact usa mercedes benz. The usa mercedes benz informed me that my vehicle was not scheduled for repair of the airbag until may of 2020 on this airbag. This is an excessive time for repair. The first recall and on this airbag was in 2012 yet the defective air bag was knowing installed in a 2015 vehicle! Forget repair, the airbag should be replaced. Manufacturer was notified and stated that the part would not be available until may of 2020. The contact had not experienced a failure. Vin tool confirms parts not available. bfjb
