Description of the problem	When braking, the brakes make a grinding noise. This happens any time you apply the brakes when i am backing out of the garage of my home and when i stop at stop signs and stop lights and when traffic is at a stand still on the main thoroughfare. The noise will eventually cease depending on how often the brakes are applied. This is an ongoing issue that started in august, 2018 and continues as of february 10, 2019.
