| Description of the problem | Have a 2016 glc300 with under 5,000 miles and the brakes squeal in reverse. The dealership refused to attempt repairs as they were told by mbusa that the company is aware of the problem and the engineers are looking for a fix. Same was told to me by mbusa customer service. Ridiculous to pay this much for a car that has a known problem with no resolution in sight. They claim it is not a safety issue but will not provide it in writing at the dealership. |
