| Description of the problem | I pull up at the gas station(shell) and fill up my gas tank.... After filling up my gas tank... There was the smell of gas in my whole car cabin. I took my car to mercedes benz of south charlotte, charlotte, nc. On 3/13/2013. The service advisor([xxx]) told me it was the fuel sending unit that was bad... There was also fuel leak in my garage... The dealership told me they would have to replace the sending unit and the whole gas tank.... That would cost $3750. 00. The dealership also said ths was a common problem with the e350... And they don't know why there isn't a recall on these.
