Description of the problem	When gas tank is filled there is a very strong gas smell. The fumes fill up the whole garage and can be smelled while driving. Once fuel is down to 3/4 tank the smell goes away. Dealer says my car is pzev and therefore does not qualify for action pe12001. They say my vehicle is exempt from the warranty extension afforded all other cars in its class. Looking for recourse as my mechanic says the fuel system is identical in the pzev and non pzev vehicles.
