| Description of the problem | I was using the warming seats and had pulled up to the post office to drop a letter in the box. The letter had fallen to the ground. I got out and placed the letter in the box. I got back in the car and pulled up to keep from holding up traffic while i had replaced my seat belt. A suv had crossed my path when i smelled something burning. I assumed it was exhaust from the suv. I was about to pull off the parking lot when i noticed thick white smoking coming from my seat. I immediately turned off the seat warmer. The smoke dissipated afterwards. I continued to drive the car about 1/2mile to the grocery store. I got out and noticed a burn on seat. |
