| Description of the problem | There have been two recalls on my car that are said to be dangerous and even deadly, yet mercedes has not had parts to fix my car to a safe condition for months and state it will years before they will have the parts (2020). This is an unreasonably dangerous situation they have placed me in as a paying customer and is a breach of acceptable standards. Two recalls are currently threatening my life and the life of any passenger when the car is utilized, a short in the steering column can cause the airbag to blow at any time and a defective airbag on passenger side can send shrapnel flying that is reported to be a possible cause of death or serious injury. Mercedes only apologizes claiming they have no parts and no way to make my car safer by disabling mechanisms from both recalls to make my car safer. |
