Description of the problem	I have a nhtsa recall (18v043) - manuf. Recall # 2018030004 on my 2013 mercedes c250. My complaint is that the recall was announced over two years ago (on jan. 10, 2018), and my car still says "recall incomplete, remedy not yet available." my complaint is that the manufacturer (mercedes-benz) has not offered a timely remedy. My concern is, first, safety, but as important -- i am not able to sell this car with an open recall. Buyers all have only offered a "diminished value" offer because of the open recall with "remedy not yet available." these dealers should be legally required to address these issues in a timely manner. I've called two dealerships in the houston area (greenway and clear lake), and they won't even give me a timeframe for the repairs. In the meantime, i can't sell this car until it happens. I am very frustrated by mercedes-benz's poor response time in dealing with this (both in notifying me of the original recall, and in making a plan for doing the repairs in a timely manner.)
