| Description of the problem | Ii am concerned about the amount of time it has taken for my vehicle to be evaluated for potential braking problems. My inquiry pertains to an existing recall (19v-904). I received a second letter from lincoln yesterday regarding this matter that states that the parts will be available during the first quarter of 2021! Considering that the recall was issued in december of 2019, why is this taking so long, especially because it involves potentially longer braking distance needed to bring the car to a stop? I find this delay to be unacceptable. |
