Description of the problem	While waiting at a stop sign, the vehicle in front of me started to go. Someone going across trafffic ran the stop sign. The driver in front of me hit the brakes to avoid collision. When i attempted to brake my brakes just kind of sputtered forward and i was unable to stop in time to avoid hitting the back of the car in front of me. There was no damage to my vehicle but the other party did report minor damages to their vehicle which i was forced to pay for.
