Description of the problem	There was a recall on the windows of our lincoln zephyr which were being scratched due to a bad fit into the door panels. Our local lincoln remedied it by doing a 'technical bulletin' on the car. However, it is still doing it and the windows are so scratched you can barely see out of them. This has happened over time. It's my daughters car and i didn't realize how bad it was until i had to drive it. Our local lincoln dealership suggested we file a complaint with lincoln corporate but we have been unable to reach them. We paid to have the front drivers and passengers windows replaced just recently but then found out there was a recall for this problem.
