Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 lincoln zephyr. While driving 40 mph, the vehicle's wheels spun as if the vehicle were in neutral. The contact also stated that the vehicle backfired. There was no warning indicator illuminated. The contact coasted the vehicle to the side of the road, waited a couple of seconds, restarted the vehicle, and was able to drive normally.
