Description of the problem	"takata recall". Brought vehicle in 7/18, was given written notice at that time of recall status. Made attempt the following month to have issue resolved at ford dealer in ithaca, ny, and was informed recall part not available until mid september. I asked before leaving to be placed on list so they could let me know when they got part. That was two months ago and i haven't heard back from them since. I need help.
