Description of the problem	Takata recall - in june 2016, i received a notice in the mail about the following issue with my 2006 lincoln zephyr: the passenger frontal airbag inflator could rupture if the vehicle is involved in a crash where the supplemental frontal airbags are designed to deploy. This defect report is in response to takata dirs 16e-042, 16e-043, 16e-044. I then received another notice in december 2017 saying that the remedy parts have been delayed but may be available in spring 2018, for certain vehicles. The notice also warns owners that allowing anyone to sit in the first row passenger seat could cause the air bag inflator to rupture during a crash and could also cause injuries or death. I'm filing a complaint because not being able to have anyone sit in the front row passenger seat has been an inconvenience and this issue hasn't not been resolved within a timely manner.
