Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 lincoln towncar. Whenever the contact attempts to accelerate from a stop, he noticed that the vehicle will surge forward and the brakes will hesitate to engage. The vehicle was taken to the dealership where the contact was informed that the vehicle was working properly. The contact had noticed the failure since the day the vehicle was purchased.
