| Description of the problem | I have a 2006 lincoln town car. It has a driver adjustment on the height of the brake pedal. Even with it at the top, when you apply the brakes, the accelerator is so close that you can push it also. This is very dangerous. Several times now, i have avoided an accident only because an oncoming driver missed me. Coming up to a stop sign, i've applied the brakes only to have the car jump forward into traffic. |
