Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2005 lincoln town car. The contact stated that while driving approximately 50 mph, the steering wheel became stuck without any warning. The vehicle returned to normal function after the contact proceeded to drive. The failure recurred whenever the vehicle was in operation.
