Description of the problem	Middle console dash that controls heated seats, entertainment, climate controls, navigation, radio, etc. Goes completely black and gives the error code "desktop. Exe has stopped working" dealership says they have no idea what to do, but will not pay for anything to get it checked, warranty says they will not cover it because it's "software". Thus leaving me with an almost useless vehicle when the dash does out.
