Description of the problem	When closing the rear passenger door the door will not latch to close securely. The latch is stuck open. We were sitting in a parking lot and with some work got it to latch closed until we got home. When we open and then closed the door again, the same thing happen and the latch it stuck so it will not latch to securely close. Currently i cannot drive the car due to the issue.
