Description of the problem	Original owner of 2013 lincoln mkz discovered on 6/27/14 at 15896 miles a bulge on the sidewall of the right rear p245/40 r19 pirelli pzero nero tire. Same owner/vehicle on 4/2/15 at 27600 miles another bulge on the sidewall of the left front tire. Each tire was immediately replaced at owners expense prior to catastrophic failure. The tires did not strike a curb or experience any unusual or harsh roads. The owner was not informed by the tire store of this safercar form and action, hence the delay of this entry.
