Description of the problem	Several months ago driver side door handle quit working on both of our cars less than a month apart(lincoln mkx 2012 ) - had to open door from outside, both have been fixed. On male's car - now passenger side front door handle will not return to proper position and door will not lock. Even with other doors locked, passenger side front door can be opened from outside. This was discovered when parking car and trying to lock doors. Since door can be opened from outside while apparently in locked position, this creates a safety problem for the welfare of occupants. (now wonder how soon before this happens to other doors on car and to doors on wife's car.)
