Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 lincoln mkz. The contact stated while driving approximately 35- 40 mph, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a wooded electric pole, however the air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained a broken nose, contusions on the knees, sprained ankle and wrist as well as the passenger sustained contusions on the knees and head injuries that required medical attention.
