Description of the problem	The front drivers door will no longer open from the inside. This started on september 30, 2016 while i was on a road trip. I thought maybe it was a fuse or electrical problem. I started rolling the window down to open the door from the outside. We went to the ford dealership and was told the part was back ordered by more than 700 parts. If we hold two parts of the handle at the same time we can get the door open. I have carpal tunnel and that is sometimes difficult. When i asked about a recall i was told not yet but the problem has been corrected in later models. If it is ever recalled we will get our repair money back. It has been several weeks and we are still waiting for the part. If i am in an accident or need to get out of the car in a hurry this is definitely a safety hazard. What if i lose power and cannot get the window down. I can not valet park. I was told and well as saw it on the internet that this is a widespread problem with the mkzs and ford fusions. This is a safety hazard.
