Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 lincoln mkz. Upon starting the vehicle, the steering fault warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was then shifted into drive and the steering wheel seized. The contact stated that the vehicle was serviced per nhtsa campaign number: 15v340000 (steering) at cherry ford (363 harlem ave, peotone, il), but the remedy failed to repair the vehicle as the symptoms recurred.
